Whether you’re interested in having a few teeth repaired/replaced or getting some cosmetic dentistry, simply send us the photos of your teeth as instructed below, and within a week, you’ll get a personal response from Dr. Salivonchik. These photos will enable Dr. Salivonchik and our team to get a good look at your teeth so we can make treatment recommendations that are perfectly suited to your unique smile. Before you take them, make sure you brush your teeth and find a room with good lighting. The images need to be clear and focused, otherwise you might need to take them again. A focused image at each of the angles specified below is essential to making sure we have all the information we need.
This photo should be similar to how you would take a picture of your smile in real-life (other than it being really close!). Like in the example above, your smile should be centered in the image, and we need to be able to see the entire surface of both your upper and lower teeth.
This image will help us see the contour of your upper teeth. Open your mouth as wide as you can and take a picture from below like the example above.
This photo is just like the previous one, but it’s focused on your bottom teeth.
Whatever it is that you would like to improve about your smile, we want to hear about it! Do you have a chipped tooth you always meant to fix? Are you thinking about whitening your teeth or getting some other kind of cosmetic procedure? Tell us about your particular smile goals, and this will help us create some treatment suggestions that might be best for you.
Once you have taken the 5 photos and made sure that they are clear and focused, be sure to email them along with your concerns to greatsmiles@rcn.com . Just add the photos to the email as separate attachments. Within a week, Dr. Salivonchik will evaluate your images and send you a personal response that includes treatment ideas that may be a good fit for your smile prior to coming into the office for your exam and finalizing your treatment plan.
