Customer Service
Great customer service is a term that is overused today. It means different things to different people. To some in dentistry, it means spa dentisry – such as massages, paraffin waxes and pedicures. It may even mean freshly baked cookies greeting you as you arrive for your procedure. Dr. Salivonchik’s team interpets customer service as doing exactly what they say they are going to do, and treating patients with the caring, honesty and consistency with which they would like to be treated. Dr. Salivonchik’s team also believes this is best expressed by demonstrating, rather than just saying it, or by pretending to be something we are not (i.e. a spa or bakery).
